Job summary

DrFirst, a remote-first Healthcare IT company, is seeking an Associate, Implementation Project Manager to support end-to-end implementations for various client types across standalone, enterprise, and partner accounts. You will host customer-facing meetings, manage project plans, and ensure successful go-lives with PDMP integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Management, Education, CS, etc).
• Strong understanding of healthcare work environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to create documentation, process guides, and reference materials.
• Basic understanding of technical and registration terminology; proficiency with Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the registration and configuration of end users and partners on DrFirst products.
• Discuss and recommend registration workflow changes and solutions through workflow analysis.
• Improve customer experience and CSAT via surveys, QA, and internal reviews.
• Maintain client communication with timely follow-up to questions and inquiries.
• Independently manage multiple priorities including customer setups, registrations, and configuration support.
• Respond to registrations within 2 business days and urgent requests within 4 hours of receipt.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and other DrFirst departments.
• Create and share documentation to support knowledge transfer and process improvement.
• Enable PDMP integrations for all customer types by providing instructions and tracking status.
• Triage PDMP requests, disable integrations as needed, communicate with PDMP Gateway vendors, and troubleshoot post-implementation issues.
