Job summary

FSI is seeking a Project Manager to lead client implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget execution with high client satisfaction. You will balance software testing, implementation, and training across remote and onsite settings.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience managing multiple projects, and a willingness to expand within FSI’s service offerings. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge (NFPA, Joint Commission) a plus.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client implementations and launches.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Project manage implementation tasks such as data migration, product training, and rollout strategies.
• Configure software and maintain productivity targets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation.
• Conduct status meetings and provide timely updates.
