Job summary

RevSpring, Inc. seeks an Implementation Specialist to deliver high-quality onboarding, evaluation, and assessment within the Patient Engagement product suite.

You will become a SME for our products, configure and enable new or existing solutions, and help upgrade clients to the latest version. The role involves substantial client interaction, collaboration with product managers, and occasional on-site visits to RevSpring offices (Hamilton, NJ) with most work possible remotely from Nashville, TN

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with project tracking/ticketing systems; JIRA preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven commitment to excellent customer service.
• Able to learn quickly and apply knowledge to new situations.
• Customer-focused with strong phone manner.
• Excellent analytical/troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Able to organize, multi-task, and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality onboarding and upgrades to clients.
