Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Implementation Technical Engineer to lead technical deployments across Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions. You will work with customers to tailor deployment designs and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integrations.

Remote role with travel up to 30% domestically/internationally. You will participate in testing, set up kickoff meetings, and guide clients to success through fully deployed, stable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university with 5+ years in technical support or implementation
• High School diploma with 10+ years IT support experience as alternative
• Experience with server-based client deployment models
• Experience with VMware ESX and Citrix technologies
• Understanding Windows/Mac deployments and bulk deployment tools

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions
• Collaborate with customers to design deployment and implementation plans
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for product integration
• Support multi-team collaboration and best practices in deployments
• Lead kick-off meetings and ensure successful client handoff after deployment
