Job summary

Healthcare Fraud Shield seeks an Implementation Specialist to lead planning and execution of new client installations, managing timelines, data analysis, and documentation to meet organizational standards.

You will coordinate client communications, monitor deliverable deadlines, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve data obstacles, while maintaining privacy and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus Health Insurance or Administration preferred.
• 3+ years experience with Health Insurance claim data or related industry preferred.
• 1-2 years project management or related experience, preferably supporting system/configuration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned implementation tasks to the highest standards.
• Apply strong project management and organizational skills to implementation processes.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify obstacles in client onboarding.
• Perform client data file analysis, assist in documentation related to client data feeds, mapping, and testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to overcome data obstacles and milestones.
• Communicate with clients professionally; provide status updates and guide installation.
• Provide regular status updates to internal staff and client resources.
• Manage project schedules in project management software and templates.
• Deliver a high level of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with Privacy and Security standards.
• Adhere to confidentiality of protected health information.
• Other duties including data entry and related tasks.
