Gainwell Technologies LLC is hiring Call Center Representatives (Healthcare) to join our growing customer service team. This is a 100% remote, full-time position based in California, with comprehensive training and ongoing support as you help members understand their healthcare benefits and services.

You will handle high-volume calls, document interactions accurately, and collaborate with teammates and leadership to ensure a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working in a call center or contact center.
• At least one year of healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism and accuracy.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while assisting customers by phone.

Responsibilities

• Assist members by phone with questions about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and accurate customer service in a high-volume call center.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in our systems.
• Navigate multiple systems and resources while assisting members by phone.
• Work with teammates and leadership to provide a positive and consistent customer experience.
