Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience supporting Medicaid, healthcare, or claims inquiries.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professionalism and empathy.
• Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and document while on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from members, providers, and stakeholders.
• Resolve inquiries related to healthcare services, eligibility, and claims, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Accurately document interactions in systems while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes and customer experience.
