Job summary

Jobgether, based in the United States, seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst to strengthen oversight of delegated healthcare programs. You will lead audits, develop performance metrics, and transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

The role collaborates across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams and supports state and federal audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate findings into recommendations.
Experience evaluating performance against standards and identifying compliance gaps.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead audits of delegated programs to assess performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
Develop performance metrics and reports that translate data into actionable insights.
Prepare for DHS and CMS audits with data validation and documentation collection.
Respond to audit requests with accurate and timely information.
Conduct root-cause analysis to identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate across clinical, operational, compliance and analytics teams to strengthen oversight.
