Future is seeking a Health Coach to guide members in a data-informed, coaching-led program from day one through milestones. You will coach via virtual sessions and messaging, using member data to tailor plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.

This role emphasizes high-touch, professional coaching for a luxury, concierge-style health experience. You will collaborate with the team to evolve the program while supporting members remotely from approved states.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC board certification required.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching experience.
• Coaching via messaging and video sessions.
• Comfort synthesizing health data from apps and wearables.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload and guide members from day one through milestones.
• Run virtual kickoff and check-ins; keep warm, timely messaging.
• Translate goals and data into personalized plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
• Collaborate with the team to shape an evolving program.
