Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations.
• Support sales team with prospect outreach, meeting coordination, and CRM updates.
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, and prospective clients to learn the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Develop understanding of underwriting guidelines and healthcare products.
• Attend industry conferences and broker events to expand knowledge.
