Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business.
• Review and process Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and analyze opportunities.
• Support the sales team with outreach, meetings, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, and prospective clients.
• Build knowledge of Health Plans through training and on-the-job experience.
• Understand underwriting guidelines and market dynamics in healthcare.
