Job summary

Great American Employer Health Solutions, part of Great American Insurance Group, is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative. This fully remote role offers a developmental path in insurance sales with hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships.

The position supports growing employer health solutions with opportunities to learn, build client relationships, and advance within the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Learn Employer Health Solutions and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and coordinate with brokers.
• Support outreach, meetings, follow-up, and account management.
• Engage with brokers, agencies, owners, and clients to learn the sales process.
• Develop understanding of stop loss and Level Funded health plans.
• Study underwriting guidelines and market dynamics.
• Attend industry events to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain activity records, CRM updates, and pipeline data.
• Collaborate with underwriting and partners to pursue new business.
• Progress through a structured training program toward advancement.
