Job summary

Great American Employer Health Solutions is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This developmental role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships across the Employer Health Solutions portfolio.

You'll learn consultative sales, participate in meetings with brokers and clients, and progress through a structured program aimed at advancing to a full Sales Representative role. Remote work available nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn Employer Health Solutions business from experienced reps and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations to brokers.
• Support sales team with prospecting, outreach, meetings, and account management tasks.
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and clients to gain sales exposure.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Understand underwriting guidelines, healthcare products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry events to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain activity records, assist CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to support new opportunities.
