Job summary

Great American Employer Health Solutions in the United States is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative. This fully remote role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting, broker relationships, and the insurance sales process.

You will learn through a structured program, build consultative sales skills, and progress toward a full Sales Representative role, with opportunities across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn Employer Health Solutions business with senior sales reps.
• Review RFps, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations.
• Support prospect and broker outreach and CRM tasks.
• Meet with brokers, agencies, business owners, and clients to learn the sales process.
• Develop understanding of medical stop loss and Level Funded plans.
• Attend industry events to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity records and assist with reporting.
