Job summary

Harris Computer, through ConnectureDRX, is seeking a Director, Health Plans to own the full account relationship for a book of health plan clients. This hands-on role combines account executive duties with day-to-day success ownership, requiring independent analysis, client negotiations, and a data-driven approach to growth and retention.

Remote within the U.S., travel 5–10% is expected. Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in analyst-type roles with Excel/SQL/BI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• Analyst-caliber background with data work (Excel, SQL, BI) to build insights.
• Startup or high-ownership environment experience.
• Proven AE/CSM or similar client-facing, relationship-driven background.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the account relationship for a health plan book and drive growth and retention.
• Develop deep understanding of client targets, book of business, and operations.
• Increase engagement with proactive check-ins and opportunity identification.
• Build account-level analyses and client-ready materials.
• Host webinars with experts to enhance product knowledge.
• Monitor renewals and actively secure renewals.
