Qualifications

• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly terms.
• Results-driven with focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for an assigned book of health plan accounts.
• Understand clients' targets, book of business, and operations.
• Increase engagement through proactive check-ins and upsell opportunities.
• Build account-level analyses (enrollment, portfolio data, sizing).
• Host webinars with experts to enhance product knowledge.
• Monitor renewals and drive client renewals.
