Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Director, Health Plans to own the full account relationship for health plan clients. This is a hands-on role where you will run your own accounts, build analyses, and operate independently in a fast-paced, startup‑like environment.

The position is remote within the United States with 5–10% travel. You will nurture client relationships, drive growth and retention, and translate technical concepts into clear business insights using Excel, SQL and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, CS, Data/Analytics or related field.
• Analyst-caliber background with ability to work with data (Excel, SQL, BI tools) to build insights.
• Startup/lean, high-ownership experience (1-3 years).
• Proven account executive or customer success experience with relationship and commercial outcomes (2-4 years).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly terms.
• Results-driven with focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned health plan accounts and grow relationships.
• Understand clients' strategic targets and book of business.
• Increase engagement through proactive check-ins and identify opportunities for services.
• Build account-level analyses including enrollment and portfolio data.
• Host webinars to enhance product knowledge.
• Monitor renewals and drive renewal discussions.
