You will run your own accounts, analyze data, and deliver client-ready materials while collaborating across teams.

The role is remote within the United States, with 5-10% travel, requiring 1-3 years in analytics-driven roles and 2-4 years in client-facing positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Analyst-caliber background with ability to work directly with data to build account insights.
• Startup/lean, high-ownership environment experience preferred.
• Experience as Account Executive or Customer Success Manager.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly terms.
• Results-driven with focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of health plan accounts.
• Build account-level analyses behind recommendations (enrollment, portfolio data, opportunities).
• Understand clients' targets, book of business, and operations.
• Increase customer engagement with proactive check-ins and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Host webinars with experts to enhance product knowledge.
• Monitor renewals and actively secure renewals.
