Harris Computer’s ConnectureDRX unit seeks a Director, Health Plans who will own the full account relationship for health plan clients, acting as both account executive and success owner. This hands-on role requires running your own accounts, building analyses, and operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze enrollment and portfolio data, engage in client- facing discussions, and lead renewals while traveling 5-10%. The role is remote within the U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, CS, Data/Analytics or related field.
• Analyst-caliber with ability to work with data to build insights (1–3 years).
• Experience in startup or lean, high-ownership environment (1–3 years).
• Proven account executive or customer-success background with relationship and commercial outcomes (2–4 years).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full account relationship for health plan clients and drive growth and retention.
• Run accounts independently in a startup-paced environment.
• Develop account insights using enrollment and portfolio data and client-ready materials.
• Host webinars with experts to enhance product knowledge.
• Monitor contract renewals and pro-actively engage to secure renewals.
