Job summary

Harris Computer, via ConnectureDRX, seeks a Director, Health Plans to own full account relationships across the US. You will run your own accounts, create analyses, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment, driving growth while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role is remote within the U.S., with 5–10% travel expected and a focus on renewal and expansion across health plans.

Qualifications

• An analyst-caliber background with ability to work directly with data to build account insights.
• Startup or lean, high-ownership environment experience.
• Proven experience in Account Executive, Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly terms.
• Results-driven with focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned health plan accounts and drive growth and retention.
• Build account insights and present client-ready materials.
• Lead webinars and manage contract renewals.
• Travel 5–10% of the year as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field
