Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a Director, Health Plans to own the full account relationship for select health plan clients and serve as both account executive and success owner. This hands‑on, remote role demands data fluency, strong communication, and a results‑driven approach to growth and retention. Travel 5–10% within the U.S. is expected.

You will lead client engagement, develop insights from enrollment and portfolio data, and translate technical concepts into client-friendly terms.

Qualifications

• Analyst-caliber background with data experience and comfort building insights.
• Experience with startups or lean, high-ownership environments.
• Proven client-facing track record in account management or customer success.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned health plan accounts and develop strong client relationships.
• Understand clients' strategic targets, book of business, and operations.
• Proactively increase engagement and surface opportunities for services.
• Build account-level analyses including enrollment and portfolio data.
• Host webinars with experts to deepen product knowledge for customers.
• Monitor renewals and drive contract renewals with clients.
