Harris Computer is seeking a Director, Health Plans to own the full account relationship for a portfolio of health plan clients, acting as both account executive and day-to-day success owner. This hands-on, remote role requires strong data fluency, negotiation, and relationship-building to drive growth and retention in a fast-paced environment.

Travel is 5-10% annually. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in analytics, plus 2–4 years in client-facing roles, with proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
• Analyst-caliber background with the ability to work directly with data (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) to build account insights independently.
• Startup or lean, high-ownership environment experience.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or similar client-facing role with relation and commercial outcomes.
• Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of health plan accounts, developing and nurturing relationships with clients.
• Understand each client's strategic targets, book of business, and operations.
• Increase customer engagement through proactive check-ins and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Independently build account-level analyses behind recommendations, including enrollment and portfolio data.
• Facilitate or host webinars to enhance customers' product knowledge.
• Monitor contract renewals and proactively engage with clients to secure renewals.
