Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a Director of Health Plans to own the full account relationship, acting as both account executive and success owner for clients. This hands‑on role requires independent management of accounts, data analysis, and strong client communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will run your own accounts, build analyses, and drive growth while ensuring client satisfaction across the book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
• Analyst-caliber background with ability to work directly with data to build account insights independently.
• Startup or lean, high-ownership environment experience.
• Proven experience as Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of health plan accounts and develop relationships.
• Understand each client's strategic targets, book of business, and operations.
• Increase engagement through proactive check-ins and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Independently build account-level analysis behind recommendations and client-ready materials.
• Facilitate or host webinars to enhance product knowledge.
• Monitor contract renewals and engage with clients to secure renewals.
