Maximus is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the Health Texas project from Arlington. You will handle inquiries by phone, IVR, and web portals, provide program information to enrollees, and document interactions in the system.

The company offers paid training with a $1.00 per hour pay increase after training completion, and provides hybrid and fully remote options. Texas residency and a 70-mile radius of Dallas/Fort Worth are required.
