Maximus is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support the Health Texas project from a fully remote role. You will handle customer care and benefits enrollment via phone, IVR, and web portals, with paid training provided to ensure high service standards.

Upon completion of training, you will receive a $1.00 per hour increase to base pay. This role requires Texas residency with a 70-mile radius of the Dallas–Fort Worth area and offers regular full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Residency in Texas required.
