Zusammenfassung

Maximus is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Texas to support the Health Texas project. The role includes customer care and benefit enrollment via telephone, IVR and web portals, with paid training and a $1/hour raise after training. First day onsite, then hybrid/remote from home, within 70 miles of El Paso.

Shifts 8:00am–6:30pm CST, Mon–Fri. Residency in Texas required; 8-hour shifts during operation hours. Training completion unlocks pay increase and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to type efficiently.
• Ability to handle 100+ calls a day and multitask.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via telephone, IVR, web chat or other channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding programs and services to consumers and enrollees.
• Track and record customer interactions in applicable systems.
• Complete tasks and transactions per guidelines to ensure accuracy.
• Navigate multiple computer systems and perform data entry accurately.
• Fulfill requests for materials via mail, email or electronic delivery.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate translation or interpretation for non-English speakers.
• Meet QA, productivity, and other performance metrics.
• Attend required training and stay updated on programs and procedures.
