Maximus is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support the Health Texas project. The role involves handling customer inquiries by phone, IVR, and web portals, delivering accurate information, and documenting interactions while meeting QA metrics.

Training is paid, with a $1.00 per hour raise after completion. The job is full-time with fully remote work options, requiring Texas residency within 70 miles of Austin.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–6 months of relevant experience.
• Must be able to work shifts between 8:00am and 6:30pm CST.
• Ability to type efficiently.
• Demonstrate urgency and perform under pressure.
• Excellent attendance during training.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Proficient with Windows and/or Mac computers.
• Ability to handle 100+ calls per day.

Mansioni

• Answer inquiries via phone, IVR, web chat, or other channels.
• Provide accurate information on programs and services to consumers and enrollees.
• Document all interactions and transactions in systems.
• Complete tasks per guidelines for accuracy and completeness.
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Coordinate fulfillment of materials via mail, email, or electronic delivery.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate staff.
• Meet QA, productivity, and other performance metrics.
