Maximus is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support the Health Texas project. This fully remote role is based in Texas; applicants must reside within Texas within a 70-mile radius of the worksite and begin onsite for training, then continue remotely from home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-6 months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent
• Ability to type efficiently
• Excellent attendance during training
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams
• Ability to handle 100+ calls per day

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via telephone, IVR, web chat, or approved channels
• Provide accurate information about programs and services
• Document and track all interactions and transactions
• Navigate multiple computer systems and perform data entry
• Fulfill requests for materials via mail, email, or electronic delivery
• Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues as needed
• Facilitate translation services for non-English customers
• Meet QA and productivity metrics
• Attend required meetings and trainings
