Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make about 50 outbound calls per hour using a dialer to schedule evaluations.
• Follow 20+ scripts, ensure understanding, respond to rebuttals professionally.
• Present a positive, high-energy approach to clients and team.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets in office or remote.
• Reschedule/cancel appointments with members and providers.
• Track performance using reporting systems.
• Report member complaints to managers.
• Participate in coaching as needed.
• Follow HIPAA and security guidelines.
