Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous appointment scheduling and/or call center experience required.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong critical thinking and accurate data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to members and medical facilities.
• Schedule Primary Care Physician appointments.
• Document all member interactions thoroughly.
