Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Member Engagement Coordinator to contact health plan members by phone, offer, explain, and schedule in-home or virtual health evaluations. This remote role reports to a Member Engagement Manager and targets productivity and quality metrics in a supportive, team-focused environment.

The position requires 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience, high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience.
• Experience with outbound calls and scripts preferred.
• Strong communication and professional courtesy required.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer.
• Follow 20+ approved scripts to explain and schedule health evaluations.
• Present a positive, high-energy approach to members and teammates.
• Meet daily productivity targets (outbound dials, appointments) in office or remote environment.
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and providers.
• Monitor performance metrics with designated reporting systems.
• Report member complaints and escalations promptly to managers.
• Participate in peer coaching as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy guidelines.
