Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Member Engagement Coordinator to contact members of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans by phone, offering and scheduling free in-home or virtual health evaluations. You will work to meet productivity, quality, and customer service goals in a remote-capable role.

The role reports to a Member Engagement Manager and involves following approved scripts, maintaining HIPAA privacy, and collaborating with team members to achieve daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required.
• Previous outbound call center or high volume experience in a metrics-driven environment preferred.
• Experience with auto dialer and scripts is a plus.
• Persuasive with professional courtesy when handling health plan members.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer to offer and schedule health evaluations.
• Follow 20+ scripts and ensure members understand terms, addressing rebuttals professionally.
• Present a positive, high-energy approach to clients and team members.
• Meet daily productivity goals (outbound dials, appointments) in office or remote settings.
• Monitor performance metrics and report outcomes in designated systems.
• Escalate member complaints as needed and participate in coaching sessions.
