Qualifications

• 2+ years’ member outreach, health care marketing, and/or other health education experience.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience; 1+ years of experience working with data.
• 2+ years’ experience using personal computer and MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits.
• Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Support HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory/contractual requirements.
• Assist in medical record capture for HEDIS review and data abstraction.
