Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate CVS Health's value proposition.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments and achieve quotas.
• Maintain professional communication and adapt to changing business needs.
