Job summary

Signify Health, a CVS Health company, seeks a motivated Member Engagement Coordinator to contact Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members by phone to offer and schedule health evaluations. You will work to meet productivity, quality, and customer service goals, with a focus on clear explanations, diligent follow-up, and HIPAA compliance in a remote setting.

This full-time role reports to a Member Engagement Manager and requires a friendly, persuasive communication style, strong call-handling

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience.
• Experience with outbound calling and scripts preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using a dialer.
• Follow 20+ approved scripts and explain terms clearly.
• Present a positive, professional, high-energy approach.
• Meet daily goals for outbound dials and appointments in office or remote environment.
• Monitor performance metrics and report results.
• Handle rescheduling/canceling appointments as needed.
• Escalate member complaints as needed and participate in coaching.
• Follow HIPAA and privacy guidelines.
