Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for a remote Customer Service Coordinator on the Signify Health Member Engagement team. You will handle outbound/inbound calls to schedule PCP visits, coordinate referrals, and manage data to improve member and clinician experiences across Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans nationwide.

The role emphasizes adherence to scripts, data accuracy, and achieving quality and productivity targets in a remote setting, with potential overtime and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or two years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Previous appointment scheduling and/or call center experience in a multi-tasking, high call volume environment
• Experience with call center technology systems (softphone, QA, WFM, CMRs, and EMRs) highly preferred.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Present a positive and professional demeanor to clients, health plan members, clinicians, and co-workers.
• Leverage internal systems to facilitate member scheduling of appointments and ensure smooth communication between members, providers and CVS/Signify.
• Coordinate PCP connections, relay test results, schedule mammograms and vaccinations, and assist with mail-order prescription enrollment.
• Meet quality, customer service, and productivity goals in a remote environment.
• Follow scripts and processes; track data and maintain accurate notes in member files.
• Handle warm transfers from within or outside the department and coordinate with clinicians and pharmacies.
