Job summary

Signify Health is seeking a Member Engagement Coordinator to contact Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members by phone, offering and scheduling free in-home or virtual health evaluations. You will work to meet productivity, quality, and customer-service goals while reporting to a Member Engagement Manager.

The role requires 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple systems while making calls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year call center or 2+ years general work experience required.
• Experience with outbound dialing and scripts is preferred.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment and adhere to a fixed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer to schedule health evaluations.
• Follow 20+ scripts, explain terms, and respond professionally to rebuttals.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy approach with members and teams.
• Meet daily outbound, appointments, and productivity targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and report complaints to managers.
• Comply with HIPAA and privacy guidelines.
