CVS Health in Richmond, VA is seeking a detail-oriented outreach coordinator to support Medicaid and Medicare member engagements. You will respond to inquiries, promote benefit utilization, and assist in HEDIS data collection and record abstraction to improve health outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years in member outreach or health education, strong customer service, data handling, and proficient use of MS Office. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• 2+ years’ member outreach, health care marketing, and/or health education experience.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• 1+ years of experience working with data.
• Ability to work independently with a high attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years’ experience using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

• Coordinate member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits.
• Ensure member receipt of important clinical services and improve health outcomes.
• Support HEDIS quality initiatives and data capture for record review and data abstraction.
