Job summary

CVS Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a dedicated member outreach coordinator to support Medicaid/Medicare benefits and clinical services. You will respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and in writing, contributing to HEDIS initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Required: 2+ years in member outreach or health education, 1+ year customer service, data experience, and MS Office proficiency. High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ member outreach, health care marketing, and/or other health education experience.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• 1+ years of experience working with data.
• Ability to work independently with a high attention to details.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years’ experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits.
• Support HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with medical record capture for HEDIS reviews and data abstraction.
