Qualifications

• Proficient PC skills navigating multiple applications while on calls.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts and calculations.

• Answer calls about benefits, claims and eligibility.
• Research to find answers when information is not readily available.
• Provide accurate, compliant information with a professional approach.
• Tailor communications to meet each caller's needs.
