Cambia Health Solutions is seeking skilled Customer Service Professionals for a temporary remote role across WA, ID, OR, and UT. You will handle benefits, claims and eligibility inquiries, acting as a bridge between members and providers while upholding Cambia’s patient-first values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of customer service call center experience or equivalent in insurance/healthcare.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to navigate multiple applications while on calls.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as caller's guide and advocate on benefits, claims and eligibility.
• Research and find answers when information is not readily available.
• Provide accurate, compliant information with a professional approach.
• Tailor communications to meet each caller's needs.
• Identify and address difficult issues before they arise.
• Prioritize caller satisfaction while representing Cambia’s mission.
