Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Professional to act as the bridge between Cambia and members, providers, and subscribers. You will handle calls about benefits, claims, and eligibility, researching questions and delivering accurate guidance with empathy.

Located in Idaho with a temporary remote arrangement, the role offers flexible hours and a potential move to a full-time position. Training and organizational support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of customer service call center experience or equivalent.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to navigate multiple applications while on calls.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as caller's guide and advocate, addressing benefits, claims and eligibility.
• Research to find answers when needed.
• Provide accurate, compliant information and tailor communications to callers.
