Job summary

Future PLC in the United States is seeking a Health Coach to manage a caseload of members, guiding them from onboarding through 90-day milestones. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with remote delivery and high-touch, personalized care.

You will deliver live and asynchronous coaching, translate member goals into data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery, and work with the Clinical Team to contextualize health data.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach) certification.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Proven ability to manage a large caseload.
• Comfort working with diverse member populations.
• Strong written communication in messaging.
• Strong verbal communication and presence in video sessions.

Responsibilities

• Own your members' experience end-to-end from onboarding through 90-day milestones.
• Coach live and asynchronously with warm, timely messaging.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
• Contextualize health data and coaching within clinical guidance.
• Help members translate goals into sustainable habits and actions.
