Job summary

Future is seeking a Health Coach to own a caseload of members and guide each from onboarding through progress milestones. This is a 1099 independent contractor, full-time, remote within approved states, with high-touch coaching across nutrition, movement, sleep and stress.

You will run virtual kickoff sessions, message-based follow-ups, and translate each member’s goals and data into personalized, data-informed plans using AI tooling, while applying motivational interviewing and reflective

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification is required.
• Associate's degree or higher required.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching experience.
• Coaches communicate warmly, clearly, and professionally via messaging.
• Experience synthesizing health data from apps and wearables into plans.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload of members and guide them from onboarding to milestone progress.
• Lead virtual kickoff and check-in sessions; provide timely messaging support.
• Translate goals and data into personalized, data-informed plans using AI tooling.
• Apply motivational interviewing and reflective listening to empower members.
• Track progress and celebrate behavioral wins, not just outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team to shape and evolve the program.
