Future is expanding its on-demand health coaching platform and seeks an experienced Health Coach to guide members remotely. You will own a diverse caseload, run kickoff/check-in sessions, and translate data into personalized, actionable plans using AI tools.

Qualifications
- NBC-HWC certification is required.
- Associate's degree or higher (or equivalent coaching path).
- 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
- Coaching via messaging and video sessions.
- Experience synthesizing health data from apps/devices into plans.
Responsibilities
- Own a caseload and guide members from onboarding to milestones.
- Run virtual kickoff and check-in sessions with members.
- Build personalized, data-informed plans using AI tools.
- Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to guide change.
- Track progress and celebrate behavioral wins, not just metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to evolve the program and share learnings.
- Engage with the community and stay tech-savvy across apps.
