Job summary

Future Fitness is seeking a Health Coach to guide a caseload of members across nutrition, movement, sleep and recovery. You will coach through virtual sessions and daily messaging, using member data to tailor high‑touch guidance in a data‑driven, compassionate way.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll work remotely within approved states, handling a 90‑day onboarding and ongoing milestones with a data‑informed plan. Compensation ranges $30–$40 per hour based on credentials.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification and board credential required.
• Associate degree or higher or equivalent path to certification.
• 2+ years client-facing coaching experience and high comfort with sessions.
• Ability to manage a large caseload while keeping each member known.
• Comfort working with diverse member populations across ages and backgrounds.
• Strong written communication for messaging and professional tone.
• Strong verbal communication and confident video presence.
• Ability to synthesize health data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own members' end‑to‑end experience from onboarding to milestones.
• Coach live and via asynchronous messaging with warmth and clarity.
• Create data‑informed, personalized plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.
• Coach the person, not just the plan; use motivational interviewing.
• Contextualize data from body composition, bloodwork, and GLP‑1 into actions.
• Track progress and celebrate behavior and consistency wins.
• Collaborate with the team to evolve the program for growth.
