Future is seeking a Health Coach (1099, full-time) to own a caseload of members from onboarding through 90-day milestones. You will coach through virtual sessions and messaging, using member data and AI tooling to tailor plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.

We value empathy, independence, proactivity, and strong written/verbal communication. You will work remotely from Florida, collaborating with our Clinical Team to deliver high-touch, personalized care.

Competenze

• NBC-HWC certification (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach) is required.
• Associate degree or higher (or equivalent, experience-based path to coaching certification).
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Proven high-volume caseload management.
• Comfort working with a diverse member population.
• Strong written communication for coaching via messaging.
• Strong verbal communication and presence for video sessions.
