Job summary

Future is building a coaching-led health experience combining movement, nutrition, sleep and recovery with data-informed guidance. As a Health Coach, you will manage a caseload of members, guiding them from day one through milestones with high-touch sessions across messaging and video.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, remote (residence in approved state), with compensation of $30–$40 per hour based on experience and credentials.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification is required.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching experience.
• Coaching happens primarily over messaging with video sessions.
• Face-to-face coaching via video is part of the role.
• Comfort synthesizing health data from nutrition apps and wearables.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of members and guide them from onboarding to milestones.
• Run virtual kickoff and check-in sessions and support between sessions via messaging.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.
• Use data to tailor guidance and adjust plans as goals evolve.
• Employ motivational interviewing and reflective listening to motivate change.
• Share insights with the team to help evolve the coaching program.
• Engage with the community and participate in calls, projects, and feedback loops.
• Demonstrate tech-savviness by using multiple apps and platforms daily.
