Future is hiring Health Coaches to guide members from onboarding through milestones using data-driven plans and high-touch support. This 1099, full-time role emphasizes motivational interviewing, reflective listening, and coaching across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery. Remote-first with connections to an expert team and AI-assisted guidance.

You’ll coach via virtual sessions and messaging, build personalized plans, and grow with a company expanding its coaching-led health experience.

Qualifikationen

• NBC-HWC certification is required.
• Associate's degree or higher or equivalent coaching credential.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching experience.
• Warm, clear, and personable communication on messaging.
• Coaching across nutrition, movement, sleep and stress.

• Run virtual kickoff and check-in sessions with members.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition and recovery.
• Coach through messaging and video sessions.
• Track progress and celebrate behavioral wins.
