The role emphasizes compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and client protocols within a team setting. Typical shifts include evenings and Saturdays, with bilingual candidates earning higher hourly wages.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role handling public inquiries.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance or administration preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as required.
• Bilingual candidates provide additional support for bilingual calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Respond to patient inquiries professionally and explain solutions clearly.
• Pursue payments or arrange payment plans on behalf of clients.
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies.
• Enter and monitor payment arrangements and monitor queues.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and other laws.
